Your responsibility:
As part of the EMS Operations Team, you monitor product performance for tiko’s distributed, large-scale IoT devices and solution. You set up data visualization systems to show product and operational performance metrics. You enhance our observability capabilities with a strong focus on reliability. You proactively identify potential issues, design preventive processes, and implement improvements. You work with the third-level customer service and development teams to troubleshoot issues and contribute to the design of next generation of products.
Your profile:
- Degree in Applied Engineering (e.g. Electrical, Electronic, Automation, IT, Computer Science, Mechanical), with a general and broad technical background.
- Programming skills are essential: we use Python & SQL; Elastic and Grafana knowledge a plus.
- Eagerness to analyze field data, find root-causes, abstract the troubleshooting process (e.g. failure tree diagram) and transfer your acquired knowledge back to the organization.
- Operational & positive can-do mindset. Capacity to foresee potential issues and proactively propose and implement improvements.
- Experience in setting up operational observability and monitoring.
- Experience with Business Intelligence and Analytics.
- Acquaintance with Statistical Process Control.
- Experience with IoT systems is an advantage
- Familiarity with Operational Excellence concept.
- English fluency is mandatory, French language is a plus.
- Valid working permit for Italy or EU nationality is necessary.
