Your responsibility:
As part of the Finance team, you are responsible of accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring compliance through the entire workflow management. This involves billing as well as supporting internal departments in purchasing. You perform tasks related to inventory management and export of goods. You support the team in closing and reporting as well as general administrative tasks.
Your profile:
- A first experience in a similar position, ideally in a multicultural and international environment
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel mandatory
- ERP experience in Abacus is an advantage
- Experience in Group consolidation is an advantage
- Experience in an international Shipment/Logistics company or similar is an advantage
- Reliable, precise with attention to detail
- Curious and team oriented
- Valid working permit for Switzerland
